London issuing fines to enthusiasts revving the car

London is flooded every summer with every supercar you can imagine, showing off down the streets. The opinion of this is divided: whilst petrolheads love it and are constantly running around filming the cars, local residents are not exactly chuffed.

But sadly for these millionaire amateur racers, they will now be slapped with a £1000 fine. The councils of Kensington and Chelsea have introduced a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO), which now means there can be no revving, racing, rapid acceleration, cause obstructions, sound horns and perform stunts. There is a dedicated 24 hour phone line for this and the fines can be given on the spot.

So no more this...
