Bugatti unveils preview of Veyron successor - Frankfurt Motor Show 2015

Bugatti is taking part in the ‘Vision Gran Turismo video game challenge’ and unveiled their concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The challenge was set by Gran Turismo racing sim’s creator Kazunori Yamauchi in 2013 – the task was for car manufacturers/designers to design a car that best represents the spirit of the game, and which fans could actually play with via download.

Bugatti looked to their motorsports history for inspiration when designing their concept, specifically by the Le Mans racers of the 1930’s.

The car is powered by an impressive quad-turbocharged 8.0 litre W-16 engine, features F1 inspired drag reduction system and is able to hit 250mph pretty quickly!

Furthermore, the car is said to be a preview of Bugatti’s Veyron successor, rumoured to be called ‘Chiron’ which is set to make its debut at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show next year.
