So it’s official. The new Aston
Martin DB11, due to debut in late 2016, is confirmed to be Aston Martin’s
replacement for the DB9. The DB9 debuted in 2003 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and
CEO Andy Palmer has stated that “The current car is 12 years old now... so
arguably we’ve missed a step.”

Wondering why the jump from DB9 to
DB11? It’s because the DB10 is the name for James Bond’s car in Spectre.

is expected to look. It has been said that the DB11 will include a developed
version of the Aston Martin V12, turbocharged for more power and efficiency.
The car is expected to debut at the
Geneva Motor Show 2016.
